Curtis Ropp - Founder
Curtis has spent over a decade bridging the gap between strategy, sales and marketing to not only increase profits but to do it efficiently. He is known as a visionary sales leader known for his creativity and out of the box approach. His focus is on connecting the dots between product/service conception all the way to the consumer. Curtis experience spans from developing sales and marketing programs, leading business development and building best-in-class customer success teams across a multitude of industries.
In addition to selling a point-of-sale company with his business partners in 2013, Curtis also sits on several Advisory Boards for Bay Area software start-ups. He attended New York University where he studied Philosophy and currently resides in the Bay Area with his wife Tanya, son Calvin and Vizsla named Rózsa.
Benjamin McWilliams - Partner
Over the past decade in San Francisco technology companies including Airbnb and Genesys, Ben has focused on delivering industry leading tooling and process that enable users to efficiently complete great work. Ben is passionate about examining and optimizing business processes end to end, and leveraging Salesforce and other enterprise software to tailor custom solutions to meet business needs.
As a Business Systems Analyst at Airbnb, Ben gained experience in team leadership, project and program management, requirements gathering, business systems analysis, and building custom tools to solve complex business cases on Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
Ben studied Business Administration at the University of Vermont and currently resides in Portland Maine with his wife, Christine, and his needy mastiff, Leo.
